Undrawn debt capacity is A$2.4 million under Facility A, providedby KfW, which is set aside for final commissioning payments, and A$20 million under the Liquidity Facilityprovided by KfW and NAIF.Guess the runaway cash was too much for the lenders to take on.

I wonder if KLL approached the Government for any CRISO grants...they collaborate now with companies if they can se gains in a future product that will enhance GDP of the wealth of a nation.
