Apologies for late reply, dont look regularly at KLL page, still very painful. Does that mean that maybe KLL managment made a mistake and in a attempt to salvage a minuscule chance of getting out alive they waived there right to sue EBTEC? I dont know the size of EBTEC maybe there wasn't enough to be able to go after them anyways and KLL team made a strategic decision. We weren't there maybe we will never know but still feel like some clarity and explanation would be appropriate.
On another note does anyone know how Mr smoothly got out? Hes still posting on his instagram like nothing happened and just continuing on with his car racing, a expensive hobby....
