what a joke appointing someone who's been on the board since 2021 as chair!
achievements of company:
- wasted rivers of money from covid testing
- overpriced acquisition of Agilex
- sailing close to wind with debt covenants( though not in financial distress) and the new Chair has been Chair of risk management committee
- waited till share price was trashed before raising capital
- sold private hospitals for a very cheap price
- appointed an ineffective CEO prior to this one
