I agree. And I would add the Ukraine war as another factor, which will cut grain supplies.
There has been a world wide trend, in the past 2 decades, to put off planting new orchards needed for olive oil, coffee, etc. Many soft commodities will become more scarce, and therefore expensive.
But I'm not sure what to do, re IPL. It's up today. I thought of selling. But I shall hang on a bit longer.
