It is somewhat surprising that they are still developing the battery system at this stage of the game. I would have thought this component would have been locked in by now. It should not have been a difficult matter as this technology has been in use for many years. EBRs advantage is in the heart device implant not in battery design and manufacture. So why the need to go down this path. In the Oct 23 statement there was no mention of the need to do this.
