Seems to me we have 2 major problems here. One needs to be solved first so the other can be resolved. Firstly the 7 month ongoing problem of FID for the 2 projects needs to be finalized and announced. Without this no investor big or small will invest in this company not knowing if there is a future. With this problem solved the other problem that has been known by management for a lot longer that has just come to our attention can be solved in the methods indicated today. Preference being a loan or convertible note. That can be obtained by institutions because a future has been announced, no need for a share dilution which at this low price would double the total share number. It’s the only solution I can come up with. If you have another I’d be so glad to read it.
