Surely it'll be easy to defend the business case and have a successful raise, they've already put in the work for FID to Palisade. I wonder if there will be specifics on what the holdup is for funding VIC1 and SA1. If those get approved, then retail SHs will pour in. I'd personally continuing holding back until management get a couple runs on the board in sequence. E.g. don't go over budget in the first couple quarters of building.
