Yeah like desertredlion said, seems like capital raising is off the tables at this point, they would have organised it straight away. There's no way they would raise $3.5m anyway. The only hope we have is if Palisade or Brickworks or Richgro or Yarra Valley provide the capital investment so that the company can survive until the FID of all of the 4 major projects expected to start soon.
Unfortunate and sad situation. Management have basically tied shareholders arms behind their back. We can't even sell if we wanted too and if they fail, we basically lose it all.
