If payment isn't received, the CER will not hesitate to order DEL to liquidate/wind up the entire company. As it is a subsidiary wholly owned by DEL as the holding company. The current directors may have been in breach of their duties by knowing the subsidiary was insolvent and could not meet it's short-term liabilities.
