Minerva wouldn't pay 53c and spend $18,000,000 to instantly loose $12,000,000 at 16c current shareprice for fun without a plan.
Minerva wouldn't get a special agreement in the sale document from MTC directors that they wouldn't sell the company below US$81 million , or 60c without a plan.
the only thing we need to wait for is to find out the plan.
one thing is guaranteed, they didn't just agree to invest $18,000,000 and expect to loose money did they...
you and I don't have $18,000,000 so it's fair to assume we could just trust in there plan....
