I was reading your post and thinking about our thoughts are similar. And you spared me some time I don't have at the moment.
We got a kind of "get out of jail" free card: Gino and his pal made very good money; we have the luck to not be stuck in a lenghty suspension. How grateful we should be...
So, instead of selling Sturec or the company, our board sold itself (with one notable exception who have resigned for reasons we can imagine). And anyone who thinks this transaction came out of the blue and was not orchestrated in the last four months probably needs to think again.
The extraordinary fact, however, is not that they have taken care of themselves at the expense of shareholders. Is not even the fact that ASX has closed the eyes to a very weird (to be nice) transaction. Is the fact that some people here are, and will continue, dreaming with a TO offer just on the next corner.
This "block share" sell prevents exactly that: now the goal is to develop Sturec (third goal in two weeks). That will take years and dilution. Good luck to the ones who stay, I won't be one of them.
@rick26 @patience
Thanks to both of you. For several reasons that go beyond this mess, last week was particularly difficult. Regarding MTC, I wish you "patience", a lot of patience with this mob. Some of your posts made me smile, not only recently, but in the last few months.
And Rick, you seem to have one thing that is lacking in a lot of people: the will to help. That will not be forgotten. Ah, I almost neglected one thing: Midas touch in reverse worked again, except for a couple.
To all the others, good luck in your investment. Most of you deserves better than this mess.
