- December settlement to allow for the delivery of a Pre Feasibility Study.
- 5 million Performance Rights should then vest.
- D'anna & Co sell the vested converted performance rights shares as per the Deed of Variation to Minerva and co, should be for NIL consideration.
- Minerva POST settlement " incentivised,to offer funding, personnel or technical support, to facilitate the achievement of additional developmenthurdles "
- MTC need to fund activities at the very least upto "settlement" Expect a capital raise.
- Expect announcement of detailed metallurgical results to feed PFS - shortly.
- Minmetals gets fee from Seller post settlement. Should not come from MTC coffers.
That's the guts of the situation.
One last thing VOTE NO to the earmarked 19mil + new Performance rights which the Company will seek approval for at a general meeting.
