Further - they've included "(including it's affiliates)" after the word purchaser to ascribe mining experience and ownership to the purchaser, if the "(including it's affiliates)" were to be removed from the sentence does the purchaser still retain those credentials described under the heading Purchaser Credentials in the clarification announcement. I'm not sure why it was necessary to add the "(including it's affiliates)"
