Definitely voting No to more performance shares. Performance is about rewarding shareholders. At 17 c I don’t feel like I’m being rewarded. Infact after Gino sold some for 55c and all his talk of a TO I feel shafted rather than rewarded. The only people being rewarded so Far is Gino and his mates.
A big fact NO to being rewarded with more performance shares so he can shaft us even more. Very different if he had sold new shares at 55c to fund a PFS. Selling those 5.4 million shares has really damaged how shareholders see him in regards to whether he is focused on us or his own personal gain.
