If it quacks like a duck, waddles like a duck it’s a duck. There is limited doubt in my mind this isn’t a back door China play. I think the current board has made good decisions and this is burning capital on unnecessary expenses.
lawyers don’t come cheap. I won’t be buying until the feb outcome but I’m interested depending on the vote.
