Well then Ron needs to provide evidence. My take from this decision is that the FIRB hasn’t taken any actions to investigate this issue, since GL1 submitted the report in September. Over the last almost three months, in the Ann, they still can only say that FIRB takes this report seriously. How do they know? If so, FIRB should have started the investigation.
