I’m just curious why people think the board needs to be overthrown. Apart from talking through there paper loss I’m struggling to understand what the board and management has done wrong to this point? they raised when the share price was high = less dilution which is positive theyve grown the resource at a reasonable $ spent imo. Happy for someone to give me examples of better resource increase to dollars spent. Ive mentioned this in another post so maybe I should just stop but management don’t control the share price, or spodumene price so judging them on that is stupid. If they were cancelling a bunch of options only to gift themselves the same at lower prices I’d have a problem. The decisions to reduce cash out flows is prudent.
I am struggling to understand what this potential board member is going to bring to this table that values a Neville shareholder? If it’s because a change is as good as holiday that’s a stupid reason.
