Let the shareholders speak at the AGM and vote. 12 months of complete f*ups. And only god knows how much has been wasted in lawyers and judge fees now. Should have spent that on the f*ing DFS. Ron, should NOT be on 300k+ a year. Everyone should be on a modest amount with incentives if they reach goddamn targets, all of which would have been missed this bloody year.
If they drag this shit out until March or May or whenever they said, they will kill all of us and we will be sub 10 cents.
