Have had to read it 3 times to get an understanding and still raises more questions than it answers, only because of the way they explain it all. As I understand it, they have to raise between A$5.5m and A$6.5m to support the roll out of MyLotto24 and this will all be explained in the prospectus. Has to be done above 2 cents, with no need to consolidate the shares (so they have become 20 cents). So ignore 20 cents, its just a hangover from the days when you had to consolidate. So, we should get full disclosure of the deal on the 10th, which looks like it will a big document. Roll on 10th August!
