Acu have been granted a waiver whereas the cap raise need only be .02 or higher ,this avoids a consolidation of shares.
Once the asx has approved the announcement which is expected around 10 august, acu will recommence trading until the meeting to approve the transaction is held for shareholders. Acu will then again be in a trading halt until the cap raise is completed..
I do believe this is normal practice now..
