    I have a more simple question than some of the debate of the merits of the upcoming court case.

    So considering this is a Market Announcement by ASX, why did they not publish in their Announcements

    There continues to be one set of rules for ASX and one set of rules for the market.

    I also note that ISX said today in their 4C "Damages claim against ASX Ltd (ASX : ASX) accruing" and yet no disclosure to ASX shareholders.
