It appears, at least on the face of it, that there is some road for ISX to be relisted. Whether ISX is willing to meet those demands remains to be seen. I would speculate that ISX has to make a decision as to whether they try for another resolution through a court ruling or just play ball with ASX. It seems ISX is willing to take some steps to rectify the situation but it's up to ASX to decide if it's enough.

ISX will continue to run the litigation in tandem with the "discussions" with ASX. ISX need to maximise the leverage the have created.

No doubt there will be some "deal" to end suspension in conjunction with the withdrawal of proceedings by ISX.
