Alternatively ASX have realised that their lack of transparency with the market (read ISX shareholders) would not be looked upon favourably by the court. This seems like an arse covering exercise done at the last minute in order to demonstrate that they have kept the market updated...We'll see what transpires at the initial hearing on the 7th Feb.
