I would also add (sorry if this has been mentioned as l haven't ready all the posts).

I am guessing they have also taken the 3.5 months option. So they don't continually come back to the market advising they need to extend the suspension again and again (BEEN THERE BEFORE - not great outcome for anybody ).

• Give yourself a good a time frame do the audit
• Discuss options with stakeholders
• Develop an action plan
• Employee a team that has proven history that can deliver
• Stabilise the company and provide the market confidence (even if its a mess - confidence your heading in the right direct and have a team that can delivery)
• Then start trading again and hope you don't get smashed by the instos as much
• 3-4 months maybe
• Always the option to release early if needed but as said don't need to keep extending again and again which would indicate you have no idea what your doing

So optimistic a few good decisions have been made, BUT the jury is still out. Lets see how the information flow goes, remediation actions and who they hire. FINGERS CROSSED
