Oh no they haven't failed mate. Don't forget, they've led a life of luxury feeding off shareholders, so I'm not sure they really care too much, as Phua will likely re-emerge under another brand spankin' new company name and wearing a brand spankin' new suit shortly. Happens all the time on the ASX.
