These idiots make it sound like they’re working at some multinational corporation, with a huge board and hundreds of staff. Austpac has THREE board members would have had (including them), at best, 5 or 6 people working there at any one time in the last few years.
Are they trying to tell us that they’re board is so out of touch and their audit committee (and auditors) do such lazy work, that they don’t know what a handful of employees are doing. Iles (as CEO) should be there every day, Cuthbertson and Hiller would meet at least once a month. Are you telling me they don’t know their company well enough to pick up things, that according to them, may need to go to Federal Court!!
