So, hang on, what?

‘recent past’ is a bit vague.

Any share issues in the recent past were while the company was under the same board we have now (current board board has been in place since early 2019).

Plus Iles and Cuthberson were thr audit committee for the last 2 years at least. Surely they knew all of this. Either that or they weren’t actually reading the audit reports- either way, that’s a pretty big dereliction of duties by two board members (who still work at Austpac as far as we know)

And are any of us really shocked that Cuthberson brought in auditor who he an Hiller use on their other companies and booted a more reputable one like KPMG? and that their appointment might not have been totally above board?
