If that is a criteria ASX might as well suspend dozens of ASX listed companies operating in the same region.

I wish that was the reason for the suspension however I very much doubt it. No cash left and little credibility left. If they liked the Li ground that they were spruiking they wouldn’t have jumped into the Dixie mess.
