For me - it's not getting into brand new junior developers.
I want to see some good activity for a couple of years relating to management, progressing a project through exploration phases like surveys, rock chips, drilling. Also cash management.
Once a company has hit some good drill results, even an MRE, I think it de-risks significantly more than these juniors which all they have are tenements that could be full of dust.
Electromagnetic surveys and nearology and rock chips don't mean shit.
