This has consumed 6 months of management time. It seems the management approach is to throw spanner in the works. I am sure they are doing that within their own business as well. It is not a positive thinking board. They will ruin the reputation of both their own business and Vonex's. Vonex's loans also become due once change of control happens if Swoop is somehow successful. Only way to cover that will be capital raise at a massive discount. Grow up and walk away.
