Which you would expect if a company was making a play for a T/O, or wanting to keep the price down for accumulation. Both of these are in play.
Have heard in the past a company will sometime loan out without cost- to players in an effort to keep price down. I’m not sure if this was conjecture or whether cos would do this, but makes sense.
