it "tells" you - that the Board is simply "doing exactly what" it is being told to do .........

that's why:
1. there are no earnings forecasts
2. there is a comment that additional capital reqd in the future....
3. the banks want "certainty" ........

so - pissed off major shareholder........the "insto's" will take the arb post the agm vote .......
stock will go sideways awhile - unitl there is some "light" at the end of the tunnel .............

sad - imho
