Then it is a case of personal liability- how well have they moved any personal assets in the massive time they have had to do so and asic , asx inaction allowed them the time. The inaction is placing further distance and time to any $ and events get fuzzier and fuzzier . ASIC has had a habit of doing deals sadly rather than prosecuting IMO
A action against ASIC is one where a firm may have a go cause there is at least $ in that till. Royal commission literally gave everyone the general evidence required.
