To me, if the FIJV goes to vote without a another company upping the ante prior to this. there needs to be a clear indication on whom is running the Octava ship & exploration.
Withought clear details on what Octava is, how can the FIJV vote take place?

Brian's on-market purchases in FAU over the last year:
18th of Jan 2022; Brian increased holdings (on market) : total value $75,331.12
24th, 25, 28th & 29th of April, 2021: Brian increased holdings (on market) : total value $65,000

Personaly I do hope that the latest FIJV ann was more of an advertising play to attract interest from other companies with interests within the sorrounding area (eg MIN, GL1, CLI, Young Australian Mines) or a financial backer (new large SH) whom is interested in tipping a few dollars into FAU to explore E 45/5571 & E 45/3679-1.

I would assume that with the recent AS2 Hyperspectral Survey data available, the directors now have a duty of care to continue to maximise current shareholders value via suspening the current FIJV and either purchasing the data from AS2, or bookring in a survey plane and locking in a drill rig or 2 ASAP.

There is the Spinifex Ridge IO mine currently on care and maintanace (Operated by Mineral Resources and I think Young Australian Mines own the assets) about 12 kms away as the crow flies from the center of the anomality within the FAU lease(s) E 45/5571 & E 45/3679-1.
