To refine steel, you need IO and a big smelter, energy, to make solar panel, you need Quartz and Coal, again with various other chemical and a big smelter, energy. Where are we getting the energy from for the smelter and make them economical? Lets not forget the greenie environmental biodiversity and protection act 1999. TLS is hampered and can't or shouldn't go into energy, just because energy policy in this country is literally F upped. There is no balance, there is no communication.
