ServeCo wont have many assets, but it will have most of the $10B revenue, no company with close to $10B revenue is worthless.
It has 40% of the consumer Telco market, as a utility unbound by infrastructure it has scope to expand into energy, and its separation from infrastructure should help it focus on improving its customer care.
I dont like Penn, because he had to resort to this separation, its like an admission of failure to properly manage it as a whole, but the reality is it will be the best thing that has happened to Telstra in decades (not much good has happened).
