Only if they fix the culture, and focus on consolidation. And address why ambitious lawyers would go work for them when there’s no partner track. There’s a lot of work to do, and I don’t think Grant is up to it given the record so far. I’m looking forward to an announcement of a management clean-out, not a reshuffle.
