I'd imagine a combination of the old directors selling down and poor communication between the board and SH. I understand there's things happening in the background, but until investors see someone taking the helm of the ship and a clear pathway out of this circus we might be trading at depressed levels.
Hopefully some fat can be trimmed in the SG&A until the cost of capital becomes reasonable again.
PJ likely far more aligned with shareholders, so at least that's plus!
