I see it largely the same way JBoo, although $4000 of IXR shares now won't become $2128 of Graphex PLUS $4000 of Indiana. The Indiana holding will be worth less given that the Chilalo project is moving to Graphex. It really is crystal ball stuff; we won't know until both Graphex and Indiana have started trading. I'm quite sure though that there's a lot of scaremongering going on to make people sell out and drive the price down. I'm very positive about our prospects. Indiana will be very speculative but Graphex has a high quality resource and (all going well) strong financial backers. The future of Graphex is huge IMO. I'm hanging on to my shares, and will support the capital raise in due course. Hoping for positive news from China in the next few weeks. So far the signs are very encouraging.
