Wow jboo..If I was still a holder, I'd hope the graphex spinoff would stop.
Consider the coming massive dilution.
1,000,000 IXR shares..now become..
20,000 Indiana(IXR) new shares at 50:1
10,640 Graphed new shares (94:1).
Dilution is huge..1 million old shares become 2 parcels totaling 30,640 new shares.
And given my experience of these issues, more cap raises will be needed this diluting even further.
