This is so high risk now,the company should suspend trading until the matter is clear.I have seen a situation similar when a liquidator launched a claim after investigation and that took nearly 3 years of court and eventually the the company was founded liable and the claim stood plus additional legal costs...they were unable and administrators were appointed.I hope this is not the case here,but I would really like to see details of this claim.what a muck up farce.markets detest uncertainty and lengthy court proceedings.I regret the day I put any money into this mob
