I think the point that has been made by APRA is that they do not think think this has been a well run company. Not when it comes to understanding the responsibility of a trustee and how to act in the interest of those you are trustee for. This is not a client relationship where you can talk about balancing interests. The role of a trustee is to act solely in the interest of those they are acting for.
