@@Klogg It seems that your last para might have been part of the original 'rose tinted view' of the Biohub take up / prospects which the previous management and Board brought into. As 2nd mortgage, I am not sure that LPE would want to support the development further into the future.
Now it is a case of realising the loans. The original developer looked to be some biohub 'developer' which sort of imploded when that CEO died of cancer after selling the idea to the likes of LPE. I did see somewhere that a female Director member of the to board a couple of years back was closely (very closely) associated with the original Biohub developer.
My view is that the 'bright green tinge or gloss' is rubbing off some of the so called renewable projects as the hard heads of finance and business realise that AI, and teh exponential growth in data requirements for AI and natural growth will not be met with current renewable plans. Yes something like a biohub might have a place in the production of energy (with sufficient density) but it will always be a relatively small scale, at least for the next 20 years.
Maybe someone around Bundaberg with an ear close to the ground is able provide some more insights as to what the hell is going on and what (or which party) seems to be causing the delays.
