It will be a good test for the new government to see what they come up with in terms of a new CEOL framework. So far it has been lip service from them about promoting private investment. Its time for them to deliver.
Justdoit, mate I am not in favour of any JV for the current project as it is way too messy - I was giving an opinion on how such an arrangement could work given there are currently four players on the field.
I am still very confident things will work out. We have lost a lot of skin in recent months but this is still a fantastic investment opportunity. A win-win of some form is the best outcome for all involved.
