    At the onset of the deal, I would've thought Focus required cash to survive as a going concern - inspection of their cashflow would suggest so. Well I guess they are not so desperate after all - otherwise how could they allow 'internal approvals' to drag on for a full year? Will be interesting to see how they fare after breaking-off from this deal.
