Ah, I re-read the terms. The break-fee from FML to HRZ only happens if FML signs with someone else during the exclusivity period.
Must say I'm disappointed that we couldn't secure the deal for the additional resources and the mill, but then again $52m cash as the deal's consideration could've been too risky for us cashflow-wise.
Full steam ahead with Plan-B with Toll Milling which looks solid and would get us the necessary cash-flow to continue growing Jon, no looking back.
