I agree.
I acquired my initial KCN holding in 2011 when it took over Dominion at a much loftier price
and bought my last swag at 20 cents (thanks Metal Tiger) so I'm very much in the money
now and I'm looking forward to this being a very handsome investment.
Ross KS has always pursued a very smart strategy of remaining firm about our rights
but on the other hand doing what he could not to embarass the Thai government and
repeating ad nauseam that "Kingsgate remains open to negotiating a settlement" or
words to that effect.
So today the heavily bolted door has creaked open.
And, we wouldn't be applying for extra concessions if there was no prospect of success -
so another excellent indicator of what is in train and thanks to @densamer for translating
the details
I reackon KCN used the right word in its ASX release today - "delighted"
