It’s fairly clear cut to me.
If there is a settlement then all KCNs Thai assets are likely to be bundled up in an IPO and underwritten by the government who would more than likely become a major shareholder.
Alternatively there will be an arbitration decision in which KCN will end up selling all their Thai assets one way or the other.
KCN have already begun adding value with new permits etc....
