Yes and even the CGP only gets it as far as Ballera, there is another toll after that to get it to Wallumbilla which is the sales point. I'd love to know what volume they've been sending through each pipeline. I suspect very little goes through the whole CGP, only the spot sales which are minor.

There isn't much public information on exactly how much CTP is paying on average per GJ of gas that leaves their fields, I've tried to back it out of their reports before but there are too many unknowns. Suffice to say it's much better to be selling gas locally and only have to pay the AGP toll which is very cheap by comparison. Then the NGP acts as a safeguard to keep the price up because if the NT does get a gas glut, the east coast will take the excess.
