If ASIC has its way the takeover, misconduct not withstanding, will be something ASIC can whipe its hands clean from before Four Corners could even muster a team together.
ASIC knows how retail shareholders have their hands tied behind their backs and they use that knowledge and tactics like "go see a lawyer" to cover-up the likes of this matter.
